• Stream harmful, violent or non-consensual explicit content
• Harass, intimidate or discriminate
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Bypass access controls on broadcasts
• Perform unauthorized automated scraping
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or third-party servers
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing or any harmful code
• Stream content that infringes third-party privacy without consent

2. Streamed Content

You are responsible for all content you stream or record:

• You must own the rights to the content you stream
• You must not stream content that infringes third-party rights
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable law regarding broadcast content
• Public broadcasts are visible to anyone with the shared link

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• Keep your streaming keys and credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account

4. Data and Privacy

With respect to data you stream or upload to our platform:

• You retain full ownership of your content
• You must have the rights to any content you stream, including images of people
• You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection law (e.g. GDPR if recording third parties)
• You must not stream sensitive personal data without a legal basis

5. Consequences of Breach

Breach of this Policy may result, depending on severity and at our sole discretion, in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, removal of infringing content, blocking of the associated streaming server, and/or legal action, including claims for damages. ethercam will cooperate with competent authorities in investigating illegal activity.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious use of the Platform and to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be contrary to this Policy or the law. This Policy applies cumulatively with our Terms of Service.
